- traditional meat dish (beef, pork ect.)
- light meat dish (poultry ect.)

- vegetarian dish
of course according with homemade and regional side dishes
desert (will be served)
regional cheese board on the buffet

Our Steinschaler cuisine is awarded with the green hat. We are known for our fresh, native and regional cuisine.

Our highlights are our wild herbs and vegetarian dishes made of products from our own organic garden.
