Your regional dinner buffet consists of:
- typical regional starters: e.g.: Blutwurst, Hirschwurst
- Steinschaler salad buffet
- homemade soup
- four different main courses:
- traditional meat dish (beef, pork ect.)
- light meat dish (poultry ect.)
- fish dish
- vegetarian dish
- of course according with homemade and regional side dishes
- desert (will be served)
- regional cheese board on the buffet
Our Steinschaler cuisine is awarded with the green hat. We are known for our fresh, native and regional cuisine.
Our highlights are our wild herbs and vegetarian dishes made of products from our own organic garden.
