For your dinner we have different interesting suggestions.
Dinner at the Sawmill
Dinner at the “old sawmill”. The old sawmill was since the 40s an important tool for the workers from Schwarzenbach. Now it is the historic scenery for a rustic dining room. We suggest to have a reception at the “de:Dorfplatz” (in front of the sawmill) this little square can be lighted up with pieces of wood on fire. For the aperitif we recommend the “de:Dirndl Royal” which is a glass of sparkling wine enhanced with a sip of Dirndl-treacle.

After the opening ceremony there is the possibility to participate at alpine Olympic games, where the group will be divided into smaller groups and they compete together against the other groups in different alpine disciplines like sawing, milking.... Please follow the link for further information
Outside Dinner
Dinner at the Steinschalerhof in Rabenstein, whose kitchen is awarded with a green honoring for healthy and organic cooking. There you will have your own dining room just for your group. Before eating you can participate at a guided tour through the Steinschaler gardens where you can see and learn more about how the food you will later on consume is produced and grown Steinschaler_gardens (english)
