Try the regional Steinschaler Cuisine!
The Steinschaler Nature Hotels runs a year-round, seasonal and regional restaurant.
Discover, try and enjoy the wild herbs and fruit specialties Dirndl.
A lot of herbs, vegetables and saladsare from our bio garden, the Steinschaler gardens (english).
The shady guest garden in the dry, hot weather is the real oasis of rest.
There is no rest day. Besides a possible furloughs during low season.
Dogs are welcomed by us!

As a restaurant, we commit the tasty and healthy new Steinschaler Regional Cuisine. For that reason we´ve also got the "Green Cuisine" award.
The wild herb cuisine is our hobby, but also our job. That is one reason, why we have such a big Steinschaler gardens (english).
