Steinschaler Wild Herbs Salad
The Steinschaler gardens (english) deliver us in the season fresh wild herbs from the bio garden for our main salad at the restaurant, the wild herb salad.
The number of used wild herbs increases from year to year.
Only through the supply from its own organic garden we offer as diverse and creative wild herb salads.
The production of these herbs is expanding every year, this both in the area as well as in the number of species.
